Outsourcing

ICCA has assisted the following US companies offshore outsource their collection business to Indian vendors:

1. FACS Group – Wholly owned subsidiary of Federate Department Stores. Currently running 450 seats with HCL Technologies BPO.
2. Capital Management Services - Currently running 175 seats with Intellicom Contact Centres (A Jindal Group company).
3. Creditors Interchange - Currently running 40 seats with R Systems.
4. Plaza Associates - Currently running 40 seats with Intellicom Contact Centres.

Strategic Alliance

Over the last 24 months we have successfully completed two strategic alliances between US collection agencies and Indian service providers for offshore collection services from India for US clients.


India Facilities

Assisted a US healthcare services provider in billing and collection services to select and set-up their dedicated India facilities with a 250 seat operation.


Acquisition

Assisted two Indian vendors in their search for a collection agency acquisition in the US . Due to a change in the Indian vendors plan the acquisition was not completed.
